T1G believes that success in the operational arena rests in the sound application of proven tactical principles. These truths and skills are ingrained by exposing the student to increasingly complex drills, exercises and scenarios. When applying realistic stressors, our instructor staff is able to individually assess and modify the training in real-time to ensure that the skill is learned, retained and predictably repeatable. This training methodology prepares students to perform at their best in the most challenging environments worldwide.
Marksmanship, weapon manipulations and individual movement are the cornerstone of T1G’s Weapon & Tactics courses. Once these critical individual skills are established, students can systematically progress to more specialized tactical training including room entry and clearing, Close Quarters Battle, urban operations and integrated unit operations. Additional specialized courses such as High-Risk Protective Security, mobile force protection and designated marksman /sniper are also available. All courses can be modified to contain a variety of non-standard weapons from side-arms to machine guns. Foreign weapons courses are also available. T1G can combine any of the above topics or courses to meet our client’s timeline and mission-specific requirements.
