Operational Medicine
Operational Medicine has never been defined by the uniform you wear, but rather by your working environment and restrictions. Historically, resource limitation has been the largest determining factor. With the advent of 4th Generation Warfare, the requirement for each individual to be responsible for their own immediate medical care has never been more pressing. From analyzing the mortality data, we know that casualties benefit most from basic care provided at the point of injury. Skills such as hemorrhage control, airway management and pain control provided properly will positively determine the outcome of you or your wounded teammate. T1G believes that it is our duty to give each member of your team the skills to save that casualty’s life.

While a great deal can be accomplished by teammates with basic skill at the point of injury, it by no means lessens the role of the Combat Life Saver, Medic or Provider. These warrior-healers are the most technically advanced, highly trained and best equipped battlefield providers history has ever produced. It is T1G’s mission to take your training to the next level.

T1G’s medical courses are designed to address the medical theory, current science, best academic medical consensus and actual experience required to succeed in the operational medicine environment. We then take that academic information and apply it in functional, practical hands-on application of the skill-level appropriate techniques and procedures. Our goal is not to replace but to augment the skills already given your personnel in their service schools and other training; to present them with cutting edge lessons learned from the battlefield and to give them the confidence, knowledge and skill to save lives and reduce suffering in the operational medicine environment.
