BUSHMASTER™ TACTICAL CARBINE OPERATORS COURSE

COURSE OBJECTIVES

The Bushmaster™ Tactical Carbine Operators Course is designed to teach students those basic-advanced tactical skills needed to safely operate in a hostile environment. This will be accomplished by providing the student with a five-day comprehensive course combining classroom lecture, demonstration and practical application of instructed skill sets. Students will be introduced to and review the tactical aspects of carbine handling and marksmanship then progress to advanced tactical drills. This course will encompass those proven tactics, techniques and procedures that promote mission success and survivability under stressful simulated tactical situations. This training concentrates on student learning and performance in a professional setting. Economically efficient and tactically sound fundamental skill sets will be presented in order to systematically bring student abilities to the point where they are competent at safely employing the carbine during movements to contact & cover, displaying effective use of cover while demonstrating the learned ability to deliver rapid & accurate tactical marksmanship skills from 300 yards to contact ranges with arrayed targets.

Students who successfully pass the Bushmaster™ Tactical Carbine Operators Course will receive a certificate of completion. This is a pass or fail course.

COURSE PREREQUISITES / REQUIREMENTS

  • Open to Participants who comply with enrollment criteria.
  • Level of Experience: Completion of T1G Basic Pistol Course or Military, Law Enforcement equivalent (Course Completion Document Required)
  • Identification: 2 valid forms of State or Federal Picture Identification.
  • Firearms: Semi-automatic M4/AR15 type carbine with a minimum of Five 30 round magazines and semi-automatic pistol with a minimum of three magazines.
  • Ammunition: 3000 rounds of 5.56mm ball & 300 pistol rounds of ammunition.
